Classes

Classes are every Tuesday at 6pm at the Finnish Hall in Berkeley, 1970 Chestnut st. 

Classes are 90 minutes long. 

They are followed by a focused Jam which is run by another group.

 

The Tuesday Class and Jam is at the Finnish Hall, which will soon be ADA compliant, but unfortunately is not yet.

 

Please bring you own water container.
Comfortable clothing, such as for yoga, that covers the elbows and knees is recommended.

Drop in, 5 and 10 class passes can be purchased with cash, venmo, and (usually) credit card at the door only.
