Classes

Classes are every Tuesday at 6pm at the Finnish Hall in Berkeley, 1970 Chestnut st. 

Classes are 90 minutes long. 

They are followed by a focused Jam which is run by another group.

 

Please bring your own water container.
Comfortable clothing, such as for yoga, that covers the elbows and knees is recommended.

Drop in, 5 and 10 class passes can be purchased with cash, venmo, and (usually) credit card at the door only.
